In one of my previous blogs it was said that the cat eyes are a fundamental part of that vintage look. True as that is, drawing on those winged lines can be a hot mess! Outlining the eyes with a liquid liner seems impossible, especially if you have shaky hands. Also, eyeliner pencils make the lines undesirably thick, giving you that gaudy, "pas sexy" image.
